Twin Peaks, CA – As 2014 gets underway, David Thomas Pospychala, 44, continues to be on the Mountain’s MOST WANTED list of fugitives sought by the Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station. Pospychala is being made the list on a no bail arrest warrant, according to Captain Rick Ells of the Twin Peaks Station.
Pospychala is described in police reports as a white adult male, standing 6-feet 1-inches tall, weighing 170 pounds and having brown hair and green eyes.
Pospychala is known to frequent the Twin Peaks and Crestline areas, according to authorities.
