Twin Peaks, CA – Sean Vincent Digiacinto, 24, has been named to the Mountain’s MOST WANTED list of fugitives by the Twin Peaks Sheriff”s Station. Digiacinto is wanted on seven warrants for his arrest for robbery, drugs and theft. Three are no bail warrants and the others for $100,000 and $25,000.
Digiacinto is described as being 6-feet tall and weighing about 200 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
One of the warrants is for failure to appear in court on June 12 for a hearing on a petition to revoke probation on a drug related conviction. Judge William Jefferson Powell ordered Digiacinto’s probation revoked and listed him as a fugitive.
In that original case, Digiacinto was arrested in Crestline on February 20, at Lake Drive and Forest Shade Road, after Deputy Luis Sandoval recognized the suspect and identified him as having an outstanding drug offense warrant. Digiacinto tried to flee the deputy, he allegedly slipped on the icy street and hit his head on the asphalt.
A plea bargain approved in March allowed Digiacinto to plead guilty to felony drug possession and was placed on three years probation.
The theft of personal property case, dated May 6, is still active, according to records reviewed by ROTWNEWS.
