Big Bear Lake, CA – Jay Allen Willis, 41, is being sought on a $100,000 warrant for failure to appear in court on felony charges of assault with a deadly weapon and criminal threats resulting in great bodily injury.

The warrant was issued September 15 by San Bernardino County Superior Court Judge Harold T. Wilson.
JAY ALLEN WILLIS
Willis is a white male standing 6-feet tall and weighing about 180 pounds.
The fugitive has blonde hair and blue eyes.
