UPDATE: Thursday, October 8 – 3:46 a.m.

Crestline, CA – Tyler Kent Roberts, 24, is now in  custody on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon.

Roberts — who was added to the list of the Mountain’s Most Wanted by the Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station — was apprehended at 3:03 p.m. on October 7 near the corner of Leebert Way and Straight Way in Crestline.

He is currently in custody at the Central Detention Center in San Bernardino and being held on $100,000 bail.

Roberts is scheduled for a video arraignment on the charge at 12:30 pm. Thursday.

 

ORIGINAL STORY

Twin Peaks, CA – The Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station has added 24-year-old Tyler Roberts to the list of the Mountain’s Most Wanted fugitives.

SO Twin Peaks LogoOn October 3, Twin Peaks deputies responded to the 300 block of Log Lane in the Valley of Enchantment at 4:25 p.m. regarding an assault with a deadly weapon call.

The reporting party told 9-1-1 dispatchers that Roberts hit the unidentified victim with a metal pole. The victim and Roberts were involved in a family dispute and the incident escalated to Roberts allegedly grabbing a metal pole and striking the victim in the back.

Deputies report a family member intervened and prevented Roberts from striking the victim any further.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A media release indicates that Roberts fled the scene prior to the arrival of deputies and is being sought for the incident.

There is an active warrant for Roberts’ arrest, according to the press release.

Person Of Interest Sought In Connection With Lake Arrowhead Burglaries

Twin Peaks, CA – A person of interest is being sought by the Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station related to recent burglaries in the Lake Arrowhead area.

SO TP Logo NEWThe suspect is possibly connected to the burglaries and deputies are reaching out to the public to help identify the white male adult.

SUBJECT DESCRIPTION

The Twin Peaks Station’s press advisory indicates the man stands about 5-foot 6-inches tall with a thin build and with blondish/red dreadlocks which are tied back in a ponytail.

The subject was described as having some facial hair  and large frame round glasses. He was observed wearing camouflage fatigue pants and a dark short-sleeved shirt.

Short Pursuit Leads To Two Arrests

San Bernardino, CA – Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station were conducting a follow up investigation in Redlands when Deputy Chavez conducted a records check on a silver Honda Civic and discovered it had been stolen from Fontana.

SO TP Logo NEWChavez, who was on assignment with members of the Twin Peaks Multi-Enforcement Team (MET), followed the vehicle in the area of Alabama Avenue and Citrus Plaza. He was in an unmarked unit.

THE INCIDENT

Deputy Chavez had dispatch notify local agencies to assist with a traffic stop. The vehicle eventually traveled to the area of Waterman Avenue and Vanderbilt Way in the San Bernardino.

After realizing he had been spotted, Deputy Chavez initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle.

The Honda failed to yield and led Deputy Chavez on a short pursuit through business parking lots and eventually back onto surface streets.

The driver of the vehicle, later identified as Rebecca Rodriguez, 28, nearly struck pedestrians while trying to get away. The pursuit ended when Deputy Chavez blocked the vehicle in the area of Vanderbilt Way and Carnegie Drive.

The passenger, later identified by authorities as Jesus Delgado, 23,  exited the vehicle and fled on foot.

Deputy Chavez relayed his position and Delgado’s direction of travel to responding units from outside agencies.

While a containment perimeter was being established, Delgado attempted to hide inside a nearby restaurant. Unbeknownst to Delgado, there were two San Bernardino Police Officers inside the restaurant — located in the 500 block of East Hospitality Lane in San Bernardino — having lunch.

Delgado was immediately apprehended when the two officers determined his behavior was suspicious. The officers were informed Delgado was wanted and he was taken into custody without further incident, according to a press release.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Rodriguez and Delgado were both arrested for V.C. 2800.2(A) Failure to Yield with Disregard to Safety, as well as several outstanding warrants. They were transported and booked into the Central Detention Center in  San Bernardino.

Responding agencies included the San Bernardino Police Department, Sheriff’s Central Station, San Bernardino County Probation and the Sheriff’s Aviation Unit.

Big Bear Lake, CA – Jay Allen Willis, 41, is being sought on a $100,000 warrant for failure to appear in court on felony charges of assault with a deadly weapon and criminal threats resulting in great bodily injury.

The fugitive has blonde hair and blue eyes.

Firefighter Impersonator Handed Prison Sentence

San Bernardino, CA – David Anthony Battle, 45, has been sentenced to 5 years in state prison after accepting a plea bargain offered by San  Bernardino County Judge Richard V. Peel. He was arrested in Big Bear June 27 after passing as a firefighter at the Lake Fire.

Judge Peal accepted a nolo contendere plea to a misdemeanor charge of impersonating a firefighter, a felony count of being in possession of a stolen gun and a felony count of vehicle theft. He also entered the no contest plea to two misdemeanor counts of receiving stolen property.

Battle was remanded to the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff to be delivered to the California Department of Corrections at Chino.

THE INCIDENT

At approximately 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputies assigned to the Lake Fire for perimeter patrol and security of evacuated areas observed a white Crown Victoria driving into affected areas that were closed by road blocks.

Approximately 15 minutes later, the vehicle was located at the Incident Command Post in the parking lot at Big Bear High School. Deputies made contact with the subject in the vehicle and identified him as Battle.

At the time of contact, Battle could not provide proper fire department identification. Upon further inspection, deputies noticed that the tires on the vehicle were bald.

A records check revealed that the California exempt license plates on the vehicle had been stolen.

Deputies ran the vehicle VIN, and determined that the vehicle had been stolen from San Bernardino approximately two weeks earlier.

A stolen handgun was also found in the vehicle. Battle was found to be on felony probation for a previous charge of grand theft auto.

Bail Set At $150,000 For Slow-Speed Pursuit Suspect

San Bernardino, CA – Bail was set at $150,000 for 52-year-old Reo Delmore Moore after he entered a not guilty plea — via video — to evading the California Highway Patrol during a slow-speed chase.

The pursuit began on Highway 18 near Kuffel Canyon Road in Sky Forest and ended with the deployment of a spike strip on Highway 330 near Highland Avenue.

Commissioner Ronald J. Gilbert denied Moore’s request to be released on his own recognizance. Moore is currently in custody at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga.

THE INCIDENT

Shortly after noon on Wednesday, October 21, Moore was driving his Chevy S-10 pickup on Highway 18 near Kuffel Canyon Road when he approached Matich Corporation crews paving a section  of the roadway. Traffic was stopped waiting for the flagman  to signal they could pass through the work zone.

The California Highway Patrol reports Moore ignored the flagman and entered the area being paved striking two vehicles along the way, injuring a motorist and almost striking one of the workers.

A CHP unit monitoring the road work began a pursuit as the pickup headed to Highway 330 being joined by additional units.

SPIKE STRIP DEPLOYED

CHP LightsThe 20-mile slow speed pursuit ended on Highway 330 near Highland Avenue when law enforcement officials deployed a spike strip.

The spike strip flattened one of the tires on Moore’s vehicle and he was taken into custody by the CHP.

THE CHARGES/COURT APPEARANCE

Moore faces a felony count of evading peace officers with wanton disregard for safety and two misdemeanor charges of diving under the influence of a drug and hit-and-run with injuries.

The subject’s next court appearance is a pre-preliminary hearing at 8:30 a.m. on November 2 in Department S-11.

UPDATE: Thursday, October 29 – 12:05 pm.

San Bernardino, CA – The Alpine Water Users Association’s former manager — Gwendolyn Marie Greive — who is facing embezzlement charges — returned to court on Thursday morning for a pre-preliminary hearing.

However, the hearing was delayed by stipulation and Judge Cheryl Kersey set a disposition/reset hearing for 8:30 a.m. on Friday, November 13, in Department S-11. A preliminary hearing calendared for November 2 was vacated.

The change to a disposition/reset hearing is fueling speculation that a plea agreement may be near.

 

ORIGINAL STORY

Greive was taken into custody on March 5 at 2:24 p.m. in the 400 block of Cedarbrook Drive in Twin Peaks and was released at 11:32 p.m. the same day after posting $50,000 bond.

PREVIOUS COURT APPEARANCE

On September 17, Greive appeared before Judge Cheryl Kersey who scheduled the October 29 pre-preliminary hearing and a preliminary hearing on November 2. Judge Kersey ordered the defendant to appear on the hearing date.

Grieve is currently on bail and has been ordered to stay away from the Alpine Water Users Association.

UPDATE 2: Murder Investigation Leads To Two Arrests

UPDATE 2: Saturday, October 31 – 4:49 a.m.

Big Bear Lake, CA – Twenty-five year old Alexander Miskam — whose body was found just after midnight Friday — sustained fatal injuries during a botched armed robbery. Two relatives have been arrested for his murder, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.

SO MURDER INVESTIGATIONThe homicide investigation revealed that the victim and Sara Miskam, 27, and Dusty Miskam, 31, reportedly attempted to rob an unidentified individual in the Holcomb Creek area late Thursday.

THE REPORT

Detectives report that during the course of the armed robbery, the intended victim confronted the suspects. Alexander Miskam sustained life threatening injuries and was transported by another suspect to the area of Starvation Flats and Big Bear Boulevard.

A media release from the Sheriff’s Department indicated that Miskam’s body was then found by other individuals and authorities were notified.

THE ARRESTS

The investigation led to the arrest of Sara Miskam and Dusty Miskam. They are charged with murder and armed robbery.

The two suspects were booked at the Big Bear Jail and held without bail.

Booking records show Dusty Miskam is now in custody at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga. His first court appearance is scheduled to be a video arraignment at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, November 3.

 

UPDATE: Friday, October 30 – 8:52 a.m.

Big Bear Lake, CA – Deputies of the Big Bear Sheriff’s Station responded to a call of a man down on Starvation Flats Road, south of Big Bear Boulevard, just after midnight Friday.

SO BB StationA media release issued by the Big Bear Sheriff’s Station reported that upon arrival, deputies discovered a male subject lying in the roadway. The subject was transported by ambulance to Bear Valley Community Hospital and pronounced deceased.

THE INVESTIGATION

Investigators believe the 25-year-old male subject was the victim of a homicide.

Detectives from the Sheriff’s Homicide Division responded to Big Bear and are working with Detectives of the Big Bear Sheriff’s Station to investigate the murder.

While the incident did not occur at the convenience store, witnesses indicate that “evidence” was scattered near the store prompting yellow police tape to be utilized to keep the scene clearn for homicide detectives.

Authorities Searching For Escaped Fire Crew Inmate

Highland, CA – Authorities initiated a search Wednesday afternoon in the area of Highway 330 and Highland Avenue for an escaped fire inmate identified as 43-year-old Kent Lesporavsky.

The search for the white male inmate began as commuters made their way up Highway 330 Wednesday evening.

THE INMATE

Lesporavsky — who walked away from a fire crew at the intersection in Highland — was last seen wearing an orange California Department of Corrections jumpsuit at about 12:30 p.m.

The search — which included deputies, Sheriff’s Aviation and K-9’s — had not located the inmate late Wednesday.

The missing crew member is described as being about 6-feet 1-inches tall and weighing about 220 pounds. Lesporavsky has brown hair and eyes. He has no known tattoos.

The man is currently being housed by the CDC for transportation of marijuana and has prior history of theft, drug and assault on police, according to a media release.

Andrew Crawford Facing Child Sex Charges Dating To 2010

Twin Peaks, CA – The Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station has announced the arrest of 35-year-old Andrew Charles Crawford in connection with a 2010 allegation of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14.

THE CASE

In February of 2010, deputies conducted an investigation into an allegation of PC 288(A), Lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14, by Crawford in Lake Arrowhead.

Crawford was known to the victim, according to a media release issued by the Twin Peaks Station.

The investigation was submitted to the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office for review. In October of 2012, the District Attorney’s Office filed two counts of PC 288(A) against Crawford and an arrest warrant was issued, however, his whereabouts were unknown and he was believed to have fled the state.

Judge A. Rex Victor issued the warrant on November 7, 2012.

THE ARREST

On October 29 at 8 p.m., Crawford was placed under arrest in Georgetown, Kentucky at a commercial vehicle inspection check-point.

Crawford was extradited to San Bernardino County and booked into the West Valley Detention Center. Crawford is being held in-custody in lieu of $500,000.00 bail.

COURT APPEARANCE

On October 30, Crawford entered a not guilty plea to all counts during a video arraignment before Judge Alexander R. Martinez.

Crawford’s next court appearance will be on Monday, November 9, at 8:30 a.m. The pre-preliminary hearing will be held in Department S-11-P.

Undercover Operation Leads To Stolen Property Arrest

Twin Peaks, CA – An undercover operation by Twin Peaks Sheriff’s deputies lead to the arrest of a 40-year-old man for allegedly stealing a Ariens Snow Thrower from a residence in Twin Peaks earlier this month.

A relative of the victim discovered a snow thrower with the same make and model on Craig’s List and passed the information along to deputies. The listed was posted on November 10.

SUSPECT CONTACTED

A media advisory reports that Deputy Jason Mascetti contacted the seller — identified as Ryan Edward Westenhaver — and made arrangements to view the snow thrower at a Twin Peaks address.

Deputies Mascetti, Freddy Perez and William  Zerbe conducted an undercover operation and positively identified the snow blower as belonging to the unnamed female victim.

THE ARREST

Westenhaver was arrested in the 200 block of La Casita Drive in Twin Peaks at 3 p.m. on Veterans Day for being in possession of stolen property.

SO TP Logo NEWHe was booked at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga for the stolen property. Booking records show he was also detained on an active warrant for an unrelated burglary.

He was released from custody at 4:39 p.m. on November 12.

At press time, no court hearing had been scheduled and the bail amount was not available.

MOST WANTED IN CUSTODY: Robert Lorenzo Trionfi

Big Bear Lake, CA –  The Big Bear Sheriff’s Station has announced Most Wanted fugitive Robert Lorenzo Trionfi, 34, is  now in custody. Trionfi was being sought on an active felony warrant in the amount of $250,000 issued against him for assault with a weapon. Trionfi was also a parolee at large on Post Release Supervision.

THE ARREST

SO Patch SideTrionfi was arrested November 18 by the Sheriff’s Department’s Specialized Enforcement Division in Apple Valley at 7 p.m. at an apartment in the 16000 block of Rancherias Road.

Once in custody, Trionfi was booked into the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance while armed, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and being in possession of stolen property.

Trionfi remains in custody without the possibility of bail, pending court hearings in San Bernardino County Superior Court.

 

ORIGINAL STORY: March 27 – 10:20 a.m.

Big Bear Lake, CA – Robert Lorenzo Trionfi, 34, is being sought by the Big Bear Sheriff’s Station. Trionfi is a parolee at large on Post Release Supervision and has an active felony warrant in the amount of $250,000 issued against him for assault with a weapon.

ROBERT LORENZO TRIONFI

Trionfi is known to travel between the Big Bear Valley and Lucerne Valley areas.

The subject is a Hispanic male, 5’10” tall, 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Once arrested, Trionfi will remain in jail without the possibility of bail and will be held to answer in court on the felony charge of assault. Court documents indicate the assault occurred July 2, 2014.

Big Bear Lake, CA – The mountain’s newest MOST WANTED FUGITIVE is 30-year-old Scott Jason Clinkenbeard, according to the Big Bear Sheriff’s Station.

Clinkenbeard is wanted on a $50,000 felony warrant for grand theft. He is known to frequent the Big Bear area, as well as Upland.

The fugitive is a 30-year-old white male adult, 5’7″, 140 lbs. with brown hair (dyed blonde) and hazel eyes.

San Bernardino, CA – The Alpine Water Users Association’s former manager — Gwendolyn Marie Greive — who is facing embezzlement charges — must make a decision Monday, November 23, whether to accept the District Attorney’s plea bargain.

Judge Cheryl C. Kersey has informed Greive and her attorney, Derrick Smith, that they must announce their decision during a disposition/reset hearing at 8:45 a.m. in  Department S-11, or the case will proceed to trial.

Details of the plea bargain were not released.

COURT SCHEDULE

Just in case the plea bargain isn’t accepted by Greive, Judge Kersey has scheduled a pre-preliminary hearing for December 8 and a preliminary hearing for December 10.

Both of those items on the court calendar are set for 8:30 a.m. in Department S-11.

Big Bear Lake, CA – Bernhard Michael Hahm, 55, has been added to the list of the Mountain’s Most Wanted fugitives by the Big Bear Sheriff’s Department.

SO BB StationDeputies are seeking the public’s help in locating Hahm — a parolee at large — who is wanted on a no-bail warrant for violation of parole terms stemming from a voluntary manslaughter conviction in 2011, according to information provided by the Big Bear Sheriff’s Station.

The media advisory reports that Hahm had previously provided a Big Bear address as his residence. However, he has since been declared a fugitive by parole agents.

The Most Wanted subject is described as being a white male weighing about 190 pounds and standing 6-feet tall.

Father Charged With Abusing Infant Child

Big Bear City, CA – A 25-year-old Big Bear City man — identified by authorities as Patrick Muck — has been charged with felony child abuse and is in custody at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga.

THE INCIDENT

SO BB StationA media advisory issued by the Big Bear Sheriff’s Station indicates deputies responded to the 900 block of Wendy Avenue in Big Bear City  on Friday, December 4, at 2:27 p.m,

The initial call was for a reported disturbance.

While investigating the disturbance deputies noticed a 7-month-old infant at the residence. The infant had bruising and swelling to the head and face along with swelling in the torso area,” the release noted.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE

Paramedics were summoned to the residence and transported the infant t9o Bear Valley Community Hospital for initial treatment.

However, the release reported that due to the injuries the infant was transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center for additional treatment and evaluation.

INVESTIGATION AND ARREST

Authorities interviewed Much and through investigation determined the father had allegedly caused the infant’s injuries.

Muck was arrested and booked at the Big Bear Jail at 11:30 p.m. on felony charges of child abuse.

The father remains in custody at West Valley on $100,000 bail.

COURT HEARING

Court documents indicate that Muck is scheduled to be arraigned by video on Tuesday, December 8 at 12:30 p.m.

San Bernardino, CA – There’s been another delay in the murder trial of Joshua Adam Navarro, 25,  from Lake Arrowhead. A disposition/reset hearing — related  to the fatal head-on collision on Highway 138 near Phelan that killed his 18-year-old passenger on May 17 — has been rescheduled to January 20, 2016 at 8:35 a.m.

The reason for the delay was not stated in minutes from the December 15 hearing before Judge Richard Peel.

 

ORIGINAL STORY

San Bernardino, CA – Joshua Adam Navarro, 25,  from Lake Arrowhead has a disposition/reset hearing in San Bernardino County Superior Court on Tuesday, December 15, related to the fatal head-on collision on Highway 138 near Phelan that killed his 18-year-old passenger. The hearing is scheduled for 8:33 a.m. in Department S-17.

The crash — which killed Eliza Santibanez, of Highland, when she was ejected from Navarro’s black 1997 Honda Civic — on Sunday, May 17, sent Navarro and three others to area hospitals with critical injuries.

CHARGED WITH MURDER

Navarro, who had two previous convictions for driving under the influence (January 2009 and July 2012), is facing the murder charge, gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and two counts of DUI alcohol/drugs causing bodily injury.

On May 29, the suspect entered a plea of not guilty to all counts and denied special allegations.

Bail has been set at $1.5 million and Navarro is in custody at the West Valley Detention Center.

LAST COURT APPEARANCE

On November 18, Navarro appeared before Judge Richard V. Peel who established the disposition/reset hearing for December 15.

Navarro is represented by Deputy Public Defender Lee Sonnenberg and is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Enrique Guerrero.

San Bernardino, CA – The Alpine Water Users Association’s former manager — Gwendolyn Marie Greive — who is facing embezzlement charges — returned to court on Thursday morning for a pre-preliminary hearing.

However, the hearing was delayed by stipulation and Judge Cheryl Kersey set a disposition/reset hearing for 8:30 a.m. on Friday, November 13, in Department S-11. A preliminary hearing calendared for November 2 was vacated.

The change to a disposition/reset hearing is fueling speculation that a plea agreement may be near.

 

ORIGINAL STORY

Greive was taken into custody on March 5 at 2:24 p.m. in the 400 block of Cedarbrook Drive in Twin Peaks and was released at 11:32 p.m. the same day after posting $50,000 bond.

PREVIOUS COURT APPEARANCE

On September 17, Greive appeared before Judge Cheryl Kersey who scheduled the October 29 pre-preliminary hearing and a preliminary hearing on November 2. Judge Kersey ordered the defendant to appear on the hearing date.

Grieve is currently on bail and has been ordered to stay away from the Alpine Water Users Association.

San  Bernardino, CA – Another delay in the disposition/reset hearing has been granted Big Bear murder suspect Ronald Michael Hitchcock.

Hitchcock made a brief appearance in San Bernardino County Superior Court, Department S-16, only to have the scheduled hearing postponed by stipulation until 8:30 a.m. on January 12.

 

ORIGINAL STORY

San Bernardino, CA – Big Bear murder suspect Ronald Michael Hitchcock, now 59,  returns to court Monday, December 21. Hitchcock, who is charged with the murder of Erwin Lake resident, Deborah Ann Crouch, 53, will be have a disposition/reset hearing at 8:30 a.m. in San Bernardino County Superior Court, Department S-16.

During a brief appearance before Judge J. David Mazurek on December 7, Hitchcock’s hearing was continued because Deputy District Attorney Melissa Monrreal has been engaged in another matter and has been unable to discuss the case.

Hitchcock is charged with two felony charges after Crouch’s body and that of a dog were retrieved from a submerged car in Big Bear Lake on September 15, 2012.

Big Bear Sheriff’s deputies responded to the Swim Beach area of Meadow Park at about 6 a.m. on that date and made contact with a man (Hitchcock) — who was inside the fencing at Swim Beach and yelling — he explained his vehicle had crashed through the locked front gate and into the lake, according to a Big Bear Sheriff’s Station press release issued at the time.

Sheriff’s Aviation’s 40-King was dispatched about 7 a.m. and once over the scene mapped the GPS coordinates of the car’s location.

The car was located about 20 yards out from the beach.

Members of the department’s dive team went into Big Bear Lake and found the vehicle, which contained the female victim (Crouch) and a dog.

They were both pronounced deceased at the scene.

INVESTIGATION AND ARREST

San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department homicide detectives were summoned to the scene and, following their investigation  — which included a search of Crouch’s residence on E Lane in Erwin Lake — arrested Hitchcock on suspicion of murder.

San Bernardino, CA – A not guilty plea has been entered by Joshua James Tulk, 32, to felony charges of residential burglary and possession of stolen property.

Tulk, who was arraigned Tuesday afternoon via video from the West Valley Detention Center, was denied being released on his own recognizance and Commissioner Ronald J. Gilbert set bail at $175,000.

A pre-preliminary hearing has been scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on January 13 in Department S-11.

 

ORIGINAL STORY

San Bernardino, CA – A 32-year-old Big Bear resident — identified as Joshua James Tulk — is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday, January 5, in San Bernardino County Superior Court. The video arraignment is set for 12:30 p.m., according to court documents.

SO BB StationTurk is currently being held at the West Valley Detention Center on an $85,000 no bail hold.

THE CASE

On Wednesday, December 30, Big Bear Sheriff’s station deputies responded to a residential burglary call in the 41000 block of Mockingbird Drive in Big Bear Lake.

The victim told officers that she discovered her purse was recently stolen from her vehicle while it was parked inside the attached garage of her residence. The burglary was captured on the victim’s video surveillance system.

After reviewing the video, deputies recognized the suspect as Joshua James Tulk. Tulk is currently on felony probation.

THE ARREST

On December 31, 2015, at approximately 9:40 a.m., detectives and deputies from the Big Bear Sheriff’s station contacted Tulk at his residence in the 1100 block of Comanche Drive in Big Bear Lake.

The officers conducted a probation compliance check and Tulk was allegedly found to be in possession of property taken during the residential burglary.

Tulk was taken into custody without incident at 12:30 p.m. and booked on felony charges of residential burglary and possession of stolen property.
