Big Bear Lake, CA – The Big Bear Sheriff’s Station has added 37-year-old Eric Joseph Trionfi to the list of the Mountain’s Most Wanted fugitives.
Trionfi is a probationer on Post Release Community Supervision.
As part of Governor Jerry Brown’s 2011 Realignment Plan (AB109), in order to comply with a U.S. Supreme Court decision requiring the State of California to lower its prison population by 30,000 inmates, offenders with non-violent, non-sexual and non-serious convictions serve reduced sentences in county jails and are then placed on local Post Release Community Supervision through the County’s Probation Department after being released.
NO BAIL WARRANT
Trionfi is wanted on a no bail warrant for violation of his probation terms and conditions stemming from a felony conviction for evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for public safety.
The Most Wanted subject is a Hispanic male, 6’0” tall, 195 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.
Ar 5 p.m. on May 14, Judge Stephan G. Saleson ordered Trionfi’s community supervision revoked, declared him a fugitive and issued the no-bail warrant.
